    2023-2024 Pre-Season
    Pre-season this year will be at the Hempfield Rec Center. Anybody interested in doing pre-season must register online through the Hempfield Rec using code 358588 and it costs $150 to register. Practices for pre-season will run from 7:30-9:00pm Monday-Friday and start on October 23rd. 

    Pre-Season Meeting: October 10&12, 6:30pm. Location TBD

    Tryouts: First day of tryouts this year is November 17th, anybody interested in swimming and/or diving should plan to attend that day. With limited space this year, tryout will be based on 2 components: a time component, and a spirit component. For the time component, swimmers must be able to complete 5x100's freestyle at an interval of 1:50. For the spirit component, athletes must fit in well with the team and be respectful, competitive, hard-working, and dedicated. Athletes that miss the time component are still able to be on the team if they prove that they are willing to train hard and be a positive role model on deck. As for divers, there are a lot more open spaces. In order to dive, you must be willing to attend all practices and make an attempt at doing all 6 types of dive in a meet.
