    Team Information 

    2024 Pre-Season Information
    Pre-season lifting on Monday and Wednesday from 7 PM to 8:30 PM in the High School Weight Room
    Winter practices will begin in January on Tuesday and Thursdays from 9 PM to 10:00 PM in the dome at the Nook.
    The first week of practice will be March 4th, from 5 PM to 6:30 PM.
    The first two weeks are just for evaluation for team placement.
