    Open Gyms (9th - 12th)  
      Days/Time - Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 - 9:30.
      Location - Centerville Middle School Gym
      Notes - Times can vary throughout the Fall/Winter. Contact Coach Eiser for up to date information.
    Lifting (9th - 12th)  
      Days/Time - Tuesday/Thursday after school from 3:00 - 4:15. (beginning 12/2)
      Location - Hempfield High School Weight Room
    High School Tryouts  
      Date/Time - Monday March 3rd and Tuesday the 4th (5th if necessary) from 5:30 - 8
      Location - Hempfield High School Buchanan Gym
    Parents Meeting
