    Summer 2025 Training
    Summer Training Schedule (Starting June 16th):
    • Mondays & Wednesdays:
      • 9th–12th grade: Lifting @ HHS | 7:00–8:15 AM
      • 7th–12th grade: Skills @ Quad | 8:15–9:30 AM
    • Tuesdays & Thursdays (Starting June 17th):
      • 7th–12th grade: Conditioning & Agility | 7:00–8:00 AM
    Confirmed Play Days:
    • June 30th @ Hempfield vs. Elizabethtown
      • 5:00 PM game | 4:15 PM warm-up
    • July 14th @ ELCO (Round robin with ELCO and Etown – Time TBD)
    Play days are currently for incoming 9th–12th grade players.

    High School Team Camp with Bri Price (PA United):
    • Dates: July 21, 22 & 23
    • Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    • Location: Hempfield Quad
    • Cost: $150 per player (Payment due the first day of camp; details coming soon through the Booster Club)
    Open to ALL girls entering 9th–12th grade!
