If students are experiencing technical issues, first review the "How to..." information on this site.
Elementary Students
If elementary students still need assistance after reviewing the information on this site, please contact the child’s teacher. They will initiate the technology support process.
Middle School Students
At each middle school, students can request assistance by completing the Google form that is available via a QR code in any classroom. This is the preferred method for receiving support from the building tech liaison. However, students may also send a message to the Instructional Technology Specialist via Schoology message or email. If students are off campus, they may also call (717) 618-5086.
High School Students
At the high school, students can request assistance by following the process outlined on the Technology Support Request document. This is the preferred method for receiving support. However, students may also send a message to the Instructional Technology Specialist via Schoology message or email. If students are off campus, they may also call (717) 618-7008.
*If you are having trouble with home internet connectivity, review the steps for checking the iPad Wi-Fi Settings. If the issue remains, please reach out to your Internet Service Provider for assistance.
