Superintendent Performance Evaluation

  • In accordance with HSD Board Policy 312: Performance Assessment of Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent, “the Board shall conduct a formal written performance assessment of the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent annually as required by law.” The superintendent and assistant superintendents will be assessed based on mutually agreed upon performance goals, which are established at the beginning of each school year and are monitored for progress throughout the school year.

    The Hempfield School District Board will meet in executive session to conduct the performance evaluation of our superintendent. Documents will then be available here noting the goals, the achievement/progress, and the mutual discussion points from the evaluation.
