About Dr. Tab Musser

Dr. Tab Musser was named Assistant Superintendent in September 2018 and oversees the secondary level. Prior to this position, he served as the district’s Director of Student Services, as well as the Assistant Principal at Centerville Middle School and Principal of Landisville Middle School. Before coming to Hempfield School District, Dr. Musser was a Student Assistance Program Coordinator and Learning Support Teacher.

About Dr. Doug Dandridge

Dr. Doug Dandridge began his role as Assistant Superintendent in July 2022, overseeing the elementary level. Prior to this position, he was the Principal of Landisville Middle School. Dr. Dandridge's career in education spans more than 20 years, all in the Hempfield School District. He started his career as a Mathematics and Computer Science teacher before moving into the district's technology department, where he served as a specialist and assistant director.
