Performance Evaluations & Goals

  • In accordance with HSD Board Policy 312: Performance Assessment of Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent, “the Board shall conduct a formal written performance assessment of the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent annually as required by law.” The superintendent and assistant superintendents will be assessed based on mutually agreed upon performance goals, which are established at the beginning of each school year and are monitored for progress throughout the school year.

    The Hempfield School District Board met in executive session on June 11, 2019 to conduct the performance evaluation of our assistant superintendents. Documents are available below outlining the mutually agreed upon performance goals and the achievement/progress towards those goals. This information was utilized to assign a satisfactory/proficient evaluation rating.
