    • Continued conversation with CRA, RBC, PFM regarding financial impact of each option
    • Narrow options to a final recommendation
      • Address Elementary enrollment
        • Get updated residential impact & enrollment projections
        • Continue monitoring enrollment
      • Address facility conditions

    • Board approval on final recommendation
    • Begin planning stages for any new project
    • Communicate with HSD community

    January 2021 –Fall 2021

    • Plan and implement transition opportunities for impacted families related to any student realignment
    • Continue planning stages for any new project
    • Continue to monitor enrollment
    • Communicate with HSD community

    September 2021-2022

    • Get updated residential impact & enrollment projections while monitoring realignment/reconfiguration moves and enrollment
    • Any student realignment would go into effect for the 2021-2022 school year
    • Continue refining project/maintenance list for each building
    • Continue planning stages for any project
