Each spring the Hempfield School District provides a program on growth and development for fifth-grade boys and girls. The program is presented in gender-alike groups during the school day.

We encourage you to view these brief video links (found to the right) before the school program so that you are aware of the content and can discuss it with your son or daughter at home after the program.

We understand that some parents may choose to provide this education to their child on their own. If you have a significant objection to your child participating in this program at school, please contact your child’s teacher prior to the presentation. An alternate activity will then be provided for your child during the time of the growth and development program.

• CES - Friday, May 9, 2025 at 11:15
• EPES – Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 9:15
• FES – Friday, May 9, 2025 at 9:15
• LIC – Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 10:15
• MES –  Friday, May 9, 2025 at 10:15
• RES – Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 11:15
