Hempfield Alumni Transcript Requests

Alumni transcripts can be requested via Parchment. Parchment will also send your transcript directly to colleges, universities, other schools, and employers.

1. Register for an account with Parchment at https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/20883/account
2. Create a new order for a transcript. You will need the following information:
   • Full name
   • Birthdate
   • Year of graduation
   • Transcript destination(s)

Charges:

• There is a $4.15 charge for an emailed transcript.
• There is a $6.95 charge for mailing a transcript.

Current Student Transcript Requests

Every college needs your transcript and it must be sent from our office, either electronically or via US mail using Xello. To request this, use Xello or email your school counselor or school counseling secretary, Michelle Gambler, at michelle_gambler@hempfieldsd.org.
