Grade 7 Students: Course Request Form
Posted by Kimberly Snyder on 4/12/2022 11:00:00 AMClass of 2027- Current 7th Graders:Your 2022-2023 Course Request Form is due on April 14, 2022. Please follow these four steps to complete the course selection process:- Choose your classes and write your choices on the yellow paper.
- Register your classes using the QR Code.
- Sign the yellow form
- Turn in the yellow form to homeroom on or before Thursday, April 14.

Class of 2026: Freshman Transition Information

Current eighth-grade students are currently participating in Course Selection for the High School. If you were unable to attend the Course Selection Night at the High school on February 3, click here to review the presentation. To view the HHS 2022-2023 Course Selection Guide, click here.
Don’t forget about our upcoming 4-year Planning Workshop Tomorrow, February 8 at 6:00 p.m. Attendance will be virtual. Registration is required. Click here to complete registration.
Class of 2026 Orientation and Transition Camp Information
- All activities below require pre-registration.
For all sessions, only the student and ONE parent/guardian will be permitted to attend the activities.
In order to maintain attendance, rosters will be checked as families enter and families WILL NOT be permitted to attend if they have not pre-registered for that session.
Please only register for either the Student-Parent/Guardian Tour/Orientation led by Dr. Becker OR the Student-Parent/Guardian Orientation/Self-Guided Tour, which are both explained during the registration process. You should NOT register for BOTH. There are limited sessions for each, so please only register for one or the other in order to provide space for all students of the Class of 2026 to attend one tour/orientation activity.Transition Camp (Students only, no parents/guardians)

Hempfield High School - Performing Arts Center (PAC)Students will rotate through multiple stations, learning about 9th grade and HHS. Parents/ guardians should drop off students at 8:45 AM and pick them up at 12:30 PM.

Parents and guardians of the Class of 2026 are invited to meet for a workshop with their student to produce a curriculum plan. The workshop will consist of a brief presentation by middle school counselors followed by work time where families are encouraged to develop a four-year curriculum plan.
Please plan to have two devices accessible, one to meet and one to look at the Course Selection Guide.
When? Tuesday, February 8 at 6:00 p.m.

Lancaster CTC New Student Information Available

In lieu of the spring 8th grade Middle School tour, please watch this video linked here about Lancaster County Career & Technology programs. This video gives an overview of all the programs and has teacher and student video spots included.
In addition, a new list of programs are being offered for 2021-22 school year. You may review those changes here.
