    Landisville Middle School is looking for Junior Achievement volunteers Friday, December 17, 2021 from approximately 7:45 AM to 11:00 AM.

    What will you do?

    • Empower students to own their own economic success. 
    • Facilitate fun & engaging career readiness activities. 
    • Receive both virtual training & on-site support. 
    • Have fun while impacting our future generations! 
    • Light breakfast provided

  • Lancaster CTC New Student Information Available

    The Lancaster County Career & Technology Center will not be running the Spring 2021, 8th Grade Middle School Tour. In lieu of the spring 8th grade Middle School tour, please watch this video linked here about Lancaster County Career & Technology programs. This video gives an overview of all the programs and has teacher and student video spots included.

    In addition, a new list of programs are being offered for 2021-22 school year. You may review those changes here.

  • Middle School Course Request Forms - Deadline Extended

    Due to the virtual instruction days PINK COURSE REQUEST FORMS will now be accepted no later than FRIDAY, April 23!

    Parents or guardians need to sign the form:

    • The form may be submitted directly to the Counseling Office.
    • Digital Pictures of the signed form will also be accepted sent to Mr. Sharp via Schoology or at stephen_sharp@hempfieldsd.org.

    This message is for current grade 8 students and families transitioning into Hempfield High School the fall of 2021.


    Parents/guardians of students in the Class of 2025 are invited to meet for a workshop with their student to produce a four year curriculum plan tonight, Monday, February 8 at 6:00 p.m.

      The workshop will consist of a brief presentation by middle school counselors followed by work time where families are encouraged develop a four year curriculum plan. 

    Please plan to have two devices, one for the meet and one to look at the Course Selection Guide.

    Attendance will be virtual using Zoom. To get Zoom details please contact your School Counselor Lynette Huber at lynette_huber@hempfieldsd.org.

    February 4 – Virtual HHS Course Selection

    Incoming Freshman (Class of 2025) are invited to join us virtually on HHS Course Selection Night Thursday, February 4 at 6:00 p.m. Links from teachers and your grade 9 principal Dr. Becker will be available on the Class of 2025 Schoology group. If you have any questions check the Class of 2025 Schoology group or contact your School Counselor, Lynette Huber at lynette_huber@hempfieldsd.org

  • Families of Students Returning to In-Person Learning Tomorrow

    Attention families of students returning to in-person learning tomorrow, November 3, 2020:

    We look forward to seeing your children back in person tomorrow. Here are the most important things you need to know.

    On November 3, your student needs to:

    • Get a good night’s sleep.
    • Wear their face covering.
    • Arrive at school with their IPad charged and school materials (binder, pencil, and gym clothes if needed).
    • Report directly to the Cafeteria upon arrival.
      • We will have a 2-hour orientation, including - tours, safety procedure, and lockers and more.

    The Behavioral Health Screen is Back! On October29, 2020 the school counselors are conducting a Behavioral Health Screen at Landisville Middle School. Forms including the parental consent form linked here were sent home last Thursday, October 8, 2020. 

    Support a healthy school community! Complete the permission forms that were sent home and return them no later than Thursday, October 22, 2020.
