  • First Fundraiser Winner Announced!

    Our fundraiser kicked off on Tuesday. If a student added five or more contacts online when registering by 9/27, the student was entered into the ultimate drawing for a chance to win a mini fridge full of cash. Congratulations to Addy Hostetter!

  • CMS Minutemen Recognize Students

    The Minutemen teachers would like to recognize 3 Minutemen as Magnificent Minutemen this week. These students were selected because they consistently demonstrate the Minutemen "P" words: Prepared, Punctual, Positive, Polite, Persistent and Productive. Congratulations Amelia Aquilla, Khloe Perez and Casiah Clark.

  • Student Opportunities

    French Club: French club will be holding its first meeting this Thursday, September 28 to hold its 23-24 school year election. The positions available are President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. If your child would like to run for a position, they should prepare a statement as to why they would make a good fit for that position. French club will meet after school from 3pm to 4pm in room 103 at the High School. Students who would like more information should contact Ms. Thompson.

    Junior High Wrestling: If your student is looking to challenge themself, get in shape and have fun! Then they should join the Junior High Wrestling Team! Sign-ups are Thursday October 12th during Flex in cafeteria.

    Quiz Bowl: It is time to start the Quiz Bowl season again with practices on Mondays & Thursdays. The first day of practice will be Monday 10/2 after school until 4:15pm. All interested students are invited. An information sheet is available in the office.

    MathCounts: Flex the brain muscle by joining the long history of success here on CMS's MathCounts team. We will have a brief meeting on Tuesday, October 5th during FLEX. Interested students should check in with their FLEX teacher first before reporting to room 99. If you cannot make the meeting, please reach out to Mr. Foulds. Be there or be a regular quadrilateral!

  • Fall Fundraiser Starts Today

    Dear Families, 

    We are excited to announce our school’s fall fundraiser kicked off today! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and all of the funds raised will directly benefit all of our students at Centerville Middle School. 

    To reach our school goal, we are asking every family to at least register online and share the fundraiser with 5 supporters. All orders are due no later than Wednesday, October 11.

    3 Quick Steps to Support Our School: 

    1. Register your student online at shop.gwrcfundraising.com and enter our campaign ID: 11002
    2. Add 5 Contacts when registering
    3. Share the Cookie Dough Catalog with your family and friends


    ✔️ If you register your student online by tonight, they will win their first prize!
    ✔️ If your student sells 10 or more items, they will get to attend the MEGA PARTY event during school! 
    ✔️ If your student sells 20 or more items, they will attend the LIMO LUNCH TRIP TO FRIENDLY’S during school!

    BONUS PRIZE! If you register your student and add 5 contacts online tonight, they will be entered into the drawing tomorrow to win the MINI-FRIDGE FULL OF CASH!
