  • CMS Morning Car Rider Drop Off Instructions

Posted by Jodi Harrington on 8/11/2022 7:00:00 AM

As we get ready to welcome your students back to school at CMS, we would like to remind all car riders of the morning procedures.

Please enter using the Centerville road driveway that services both CMS/CES and not the entrance by the CMS gym.  The entrance is marked at the top of the picture with a yellow star.  Then follow the red arrows in and around the auditorium to the drop off point (marked with a yellow star) behind the building.  Please use ALL of the drop off area marked in yellow. This allows more time for each student to enter the building without causing a long line of cars.

Once your drop off is complete, you can continue around the back of the building or leave the same way you entered. Thank you!

  • PowerSchool Now Open for 2022-2023 School Year

Posted by Brooke Fisher on 8/8/2022 12:00:00 PM

PowerSchool is now open for students and parents to access for the new school year. As a reminder, on July 19, student and staff logins to PowerSchool and Schoology were integrated with Office 365. Parent logins for PowerSchool have not changed.

For parents, there were two minor changes to Schoology logins:

    • Parents will need to log into Schoology via the main page at https://www.schoology.com. The former login page at https://schoology.hempfieldsd.org will no longer work for parents.
    • Parents will now use their email address to log into Schoology rather than a username. This email address is the same one you registered for PowerSchool and Schoology with. Your Schoology password has not changed and can still be viewed after logging into PowerSchool.

Please contact the Technology Department at (717) 898-5596 if you have trouble accessing Schoology or PowerSchool or need help creating your account.
