  • The main objective of the RES PTO is to support the students and the staff in as many ways as possible. The Executive Board of the PTO consists of a president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, programs chairperson, and ways and means chairperson. In addition, if you have a child at Rohrerstown, you are a member of our PTO.

    Did you know that you can help raise money for our school just by shopping? Rohrerstown utilizes several shopper rewards programs which help raise money for field trips, special school events, assemblies, and more!     Volunteer Information

    The Hempfield School District welcomes individuals who are interested in volunteering. A volunteer is a person who services the district without compensation on a planned, approved, and regular basis. For further information on open volunteer positions, please refer to our volunteer application

  • RES PTO Sub Fundraiser

    RES PTO has started our sub-sale fundraiser and you should have received your flier for the sale. If not,  one is linked here for you to use. All orders are due by Friday, April 29, 2022. Payment is due with your order for your order to be placed. Payments are accepted in the form of cash or a check made payable to "Rohrerstown PTO". Any questions, please contact respto@outlook.com.

  • RES Basket Raffle Reminders

    • Friday, April 8th - Deadline for turning in donations. (Cash, Check, Gift Cards, Items)
    • Friday, April 22nd - Deadline for turning in a themed basket

    Fun Fest is RES PTO's largest fundraiser and it will be held on May 13th. The Basket Raffle takes place during Fun Fest. Through generous donations from area businesses and families, we raffle off a variety of themed baskets. Tickets are purchased at the event and the winners will be drawn before the end of the evening. A list of all the baskets for the raffle will be sent home with each student the week of Fun Fest.

    We need RES families' help to make our raffle a success! Each grade has a donation goal of $250. If your family owns a business or has a creative idea and would rather donate a themed basket, we also welcome those donations. If you have unused "gifts" that you would like to donate, that's also a great way to help fill baskets. Donations can be made by sending in cash or a check using the form sent home with your student.. All checks should be made payable to RES PTO. All donations are tax-deductible.

    Rohrerstown Elementary School PTO is holding another Dream Dinners fundraiser with pick up being held in April.  Please click here to see a PDF of the Dream Dinners flier for ordering instructions and options. This is a great fundraiser and a lifesaver for a quick dinner on a busy evening.

    Our PTO will be holding an S. Clyde Weaver sub sale after Easter so please stay tuned for more information to come on that sale. Another great quick dinner on a busy evening!!

  • PTO Announcement: RES Spring Season of GOTR

    Attention parents and guardians of girls in grades 3rd, 4th and 5th grades!

    Registration for the Spring Season of Girls on the Run is open! Practices will be on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:45 – 5:15 p.m. at RES starting on March 28. GOTR inspires girls to build confidence while fostering care and compassion for themselves and others. Financial assistance is available.
