    Voting Members

All parents/guardians and professional staff members are eligible to be voting members of the Executive Board if they sign up by the October PTO meeting or at events preceding the October meeting such as the Ice Cream Social and Back to School Night. All parents/guardians and professional staff members are welcome to attend and participate in PTO meetings but cannot vote on board issues unless registered as voting members.

    General Membership Meetings

The PTO by-laws require at least two general membership events to be held during the school year. One is held in the fall and includes a vote to approve the PTO budget for the current school year. The second is held in the spring and includes the election of officers for the next school year. Notification for these meetings will be provided in advance as required by the PTO By–laws.
