Nurturing Your Child’s Mental Health: A Guide for Parents

Session Description:
A child’s mental health is just as important as their physical health, and parents play a vital role in fostering emotional well-being. This presentation will provide practical strategies for recognizing signs of stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges in children. Parents will learn how to create a supportive home environment, encourage open communication, and promote resilience and self-care. Additionally, we will discuss when and how to seek professional support if needed. Through expert insights and real-world guidance, this session will empower parents with the tools to help their children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.
