  • Pre-season Sports Meeting: May 29

Posted by Kimberly Snyder on 5/20/2019 3:40:00 PM

The Athletic Department has been discussing again hosting the pre-season sports meeting night for student-athletes and their parents to provide valuable information regarding expectations, code of conduct, physicals and team-specific rules and regulations. Our hope is to target incoming seventh graders and freshman, along with their families, to provide them with this information and answer any questions they may have. The meeting is scheduled to take place on Wednesday May 29 at Landisville Middle School from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

  • York/Lancaster Intercollegiate Unified Track Championship

The Unified Track team had their final meet on Tuesday, May 14 at Warwick. Our student athletes did a fantastic job during all of their track and field event, keeping up a great attitude despite the cold and rain! Hempfield placed third out of 10 competing teams, earning a bronze medal.

All of the coaches are very proud of these athletes! The teammates truly bonded with one another throughout the season, following the motto #ChooseToInclude.

Coaches and student athletes stand together on an athletic field.
