Payment is due with your order for your order to be placed. Payments are accepted in the form of cash or a check made payable to "Rohrerstown PTO". Fun Fest is RES PTO's largest fundraiser and it will be held on May 13th. The Basket Raffle takes place during Fun Fest. Through generous donations from area businesses and families, we raffle off a variety of themed baskets. Tickets are purchased at the event and the winners will be drawn before the end of the evening. A list of all the baskets for the raffle will be sent home with each student the week of Fun Fest.
We need RES families' help to make our raffle a success! Each grade has a donation goal of $250. If your family owns a business or has a creative idea and would rather donate a themed basket, we also welcome those donations. If you have unused "gifts" that you would like to donate, that's also a great way to help fill baskets. Donations can be made by sending in cash or a check using the form sent home with your student.. All checks should be made payable to RES PTO. All donations are tax-deductible.
