Meeting Dates
The School Board meets as a whole, on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, with the exception of May, which will be held on the fourth Thursday due to graduation, and December, which will be held on the first Tuesday according to School Code. These meetings are called Regular Meetings and are for the Board to take action on agenda items following review and discussion based on committee reports and recommendations. The School Board may take official action on any matter at any meeting.
The Board recognizes the value of public comment and the importance of involving members of the public in Board meetings. The Board provides an opportunity at each open meeting for residents and taxpayers to comment on matters of concern. Read the guidelines in School Board Policy 903.

Resident Request to Comment at Board Meetings
Hempfield residents interested in addressing the board during the Committee Meetings and/or Regular Board Meetings should complete the form below. Registration will be open at least 24 hours prior to the meeting, and the deadline to register to speak is 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
Please note that for committee meetings, speakers' topics must be related to an agenda item. All public comments must be made in person.
