Performance Evaluation & Goals

The Hempfield School Board has completed its annual evaluation of Superintendent Mike Bromirski and Assistant Superintendents Dr. Tab Musser and Dr. Doug Dandridge. On May 28, 2026, each administrator shared their progress toward their established goals for the 2025-2026 academic year with the Board. The Board then met in Executive Session on June 9, 2026, to discuss the administrators' progress toward those goals and agreed that each administrator met the objective standards of his evaluation to the Board’s satisfaction. On June 22, 2026, board President Judy Brady met with Superintendent Bromirski to review his evaluation and the assistant superintendents' evaluations. 

The Board is grateful to Superintendent Bromirski, and Drs. Dandridge and Musser for their many outstanding contributions to Hempfield School District, and they look forward to continued collaboration supporting the vision and mission of the district.
