Throughout the year, we may encounter school bus delays due to traffic or other issues. When a bus route is delayed more than 15 minutes, an automated call is delivered to the telephone number that is listed in the number one position in the Sapphire Community Web Portal.
Please check the number that you have listed in Sapphire as “Phone 1” so that if an automated message is sent to you, it will be delivered to the number that you have access to most of the time. You can make updates to your contact information directly within the Sapphire portal, or you may contact the school office to specify a change.
