On Thursday, May 2 the Hempfield Foreign Language Department held their annual induction ceremony for the Society of Academic Excellence in a Foreign Language. Students in both the middle and the high schools enrolled in foreign languages were recognized and inducted, based on their level of study and achievement. Awards were given to students in Chinese, English as a Second Language, French, German, Latin and Spanish.
