Mission 
The mission of the Hempfield School District Counseling Services Program is to provide a progressive, comprehensive, and data-driven K-12 school counseling program addressing the academic, career, and social/emotional developmental needs of all students.

Transcript Release Form
  • Current Students: If you are currently enrolled at Hempfield High School, please complete the Transcript Release Form for Current HHS Students.
  • Hempfield Alumni: If you have graduated from Hempfield High School, you must fill out the Alumni Transcript Release Form and submit it in person, by fax (717-618-1209), or by mail to:

Please Note: There is a standard $3.00 fee per transcript printed. Transcripts must be paid for by money order, payable to Hempfield School District.
