The Hempfield School District Parent Portal allows parents to access their child’s grades, attendance, student schedule, student report cards, and homework assignments via the Internet. The portal is available to all students and parents in grades 3 and above.
If you have a Sapphire parent portal account with a username, password and PIN from previous years, this information will still work. There is no need to re-apply each year.
If you do not have a parent account you will need to sign up in order to log into the Sapphire Parent Portal. The first time you log into the Parent Portal, you will need to create an account for yourself using the following instructions.
- Go to: https://portal.hempfieldsd.org/parentportal Next, complete the registration form by clicking on the ‘Parent Portal application and Acceptable Use Policy form’ link to set-up your individual account:
- The Sapphire Parent Portal will prompt you for the district keyword. The district keyword is: knights
- Once completed, please print out a copy of the Acceptable Use Policy, sign it and send it to the school office with your child or mail it to the District Registration office at 200 Church Street Landisville, PA 17538. You may also fax the form in if you have access to a fax using 717-618-1993. A notification letter containing a school-generated PIN will be emailed to you shortly after the district receives the completed form.
