Communications Office

Communicating information to parents, students, district employees, residents, business partners, and the media help in our efforts to build informed, supportive relationships. We strongly believe that two-way conversations are important, and we aim to be responsive to inquiries from all stakeholders in our school district.

Senior Citizen Gold Cards

All senior citizens (65 and older) who reside in Hempfield School District are eligible to apply for Hempfield's Gold Card Program. This lifetime guest pass will admit you (and one guest) to all home athletic contests, as well as other school functions on Hempfield's campus. To apply, please contact the Athletic Director’s Office at 898-5515.

If you wish to attend the Fall Play, Spring Musical, or Dance Theatre, it will be necessary for you to call the Hempfield ticket number at (717) 618-1016.  When making your ticket order, you will need to provide your name, the number of tickets needed, and you must indicate that you have a Gold Card. When receiving your tickets at the Box Office, present your gold card to receive two of your tickets for free of charge. Please Note: Each gold card will grant you two tickets to only one performance per show.
