Community (Parent) Portal

To check your currently-enrolled student's grades, attendance, or report cards, please log into the Community (parent) portal. Parent portal accounts are available for students in grades K-12.  All of our IPRs and report cards are available on the portal for download.  Please use the link above to log in or register for an account.

Registering for an Account

You will be asked to enter a keyword.  Please refer to your student's IPR or contact the technology department at (717) 898-5596 for the keyword. Select continue.
 Review the user agreement and click yes at the bottom of the screen to agree to the policies and select continue.

Complete the application form, and then select save form and continue.

Please print and sign the form. The signed form can be mailed as indicated on the form, faxed to 717 618-1993, sent in with your child or dropped off at the Administration Building between 7:30 and 4:00 Monday to Friday. Applications will only be processed once the signed form is received.

Forgotten Account Information

If you forgot your username we can assist you by phone (717) 898-5596.  If you forgot your pin, that can be emailed to your previously supplied portal email address. Contact us at or by email  Parent Portal passwords are encrypted and we do not have access to them. If you have your username and pin, you can click the Forgot Your Password link on the web portal webpage.

Adding a Student

You can add a student to an existing parent portal account by sending an email to Please provide the name, date of birth, student id and school building for your existing student and the student you would like to add.
