"I am hopeful that you have found your Hempfield education to be beneficial in whatever path you have chosen since graduation.  As you are well aware, the world is changing at a a rapid pace, including the skills necessary for the jobs of today and the future.  Here at Hempfield, we want to continually assess our programs, both curricular and extracurricular to learn what we can better do to prepare our graduates for success.  I am asking you to help us in our endeavor by completing the enclosed survey. 

Your feedback is critical to help us determine what we are doing well and upon what we can and should improve.  I ask you to seriously consider the questions and to offer your honest responses.  Obviously, when completing a survey containing sensitive information, confidentiality is critical.  I assure you that if you provide your name and address it will be held in strict confidence.
