Reason for Serving / Educational Philosophy: Dan has been instrumental in many building and renovation projects in the district, particularly the renovation of the administrative center and the construction of the new elementary buildings in Rohrerstown and Mountville.

Reason for Serving / Educational Philosophy: Any community is only as healthy as the welfare of its children. The educational experience of our children is paramount to that welfare. My interest is to work diligently to provide a rigorous and relevant education for Hempfield children.

Reason for Serving / Educational Philosophy: Education is the backbone for the preparation of our children to be productive, contributing citizens at all levels in our society. Children should be encouraged to maximize their own individual potential in an environment that understands that not all children learn at the same pace or in the same manner.
