Community Relations

Hempfield School District has a strong tradition of community support to uphold. The district is composed of East and West Hempfield Townships and the boroughs of Mountville and East Petersburg. The small towns of Landisville and Rohrerstown are also part of the district.

Communicating information and being responsive to inquiries from the residents of the school district is a priority for the district and was the reason for instituting the Community Relations Office in 1988.

As you visit the Hempfield Community Relations section, we hope you will become more informed about Hempfield and learn to know the district better. Hempfield's heritage, the value it places on excellence in education, and the initiatives planned for the future are the components of a school district which make the Hempfield community proud.
