Hempfield Educational Foundation Mini Grant Program

The Foundation awards grants for projects that enrich and enhance the existing school program in each elementary school, both middle schools, and the high school. Hempfield teachers are encouraged to apply for mini-grants.

The deadline for mini grant applications for fall and spring are November 19, 2010 and May 6, 2011.

Please follow these directions carefully:

• Condense answers to fit in the space provided.
• If it is necessary to provide supporting information, type it on a separate 8 1/2" x 11" sheet to clip it to this form.
• Please make sure your principal signs your application before you submit it.
• If you have questions or need assistance, contact Jessie Long (Community Relations Director) at 898-5539.
• If you receive a Mini Grant, please complete the Mini Grant evaluation form and submit it to the Community Relations Office after your project is completed
  

The HEF awards money to teachers twice a year. Teachers apply for the grants for projects or programs in their classrooms that they feel will enhance learning experiences for their students. Interested teachers may contact the Community Relations office for more information at (717) 898-5539.
