The 2008-2009 season saw the Black Knights achieving success in several different venues.  Boys Basketball ran the table winning the LL Section 1 title in undefeated fashion.  Wrestler Jordan Stepanchick won the LL title at 130 lbs.  The team earned the District 3 Section 3 title in the post season, led by gold medalists Austin Miller (103) and Woodie Hermann, 140 lbs. 

In the pool, both the Boys and Girls Swimming and Diving teams won their respective team championships at the LL League Meet.  Individually, Dana Schleif was LL Champion in the 100 yd. Backstroke.  The 200 yd. Freestyle Relay LL Championship was won by Codi Herr, Hillary Atkinson, Ella Meier, and Sarah Ault.  For the Boys it was Taylor Kile, LL Champion in the 100 yd. Backstroke; Dan Lumas was Champion in the 100 yd. Breaststroke (in League Record time); the 200 yd. Medley Relay Champions were Kile, Lumas, Travis Gold, and Christian LaPann-Johannessen; the 400 yd. Freestyle Relay was won by LaPann-Johannessen, Jon Youssef, Kile, and Lumas.
